Refund Policy

1. One-Time Services

Once a detailing service has been booked and payment is processed, the payment is non-refundable. This includes all one-time service packages: Basic Interior Clean ($34.99), Elite Full Cleaning ($140–$180), and any custom-quoted services.

If you cancel before the service has been performed, the payment remains non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be applied as a credit toward a future appointment.

2. Monthly Cleaning Membership

The Monthly Cleaning Membership ($49.99/month) is a recurring subscription. Monthly payments are non-refundable once charged. You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for payments already made.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to receive any remaining cleanings for the period you have already paid for.

3. Service Quality Concerns

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer a re-service or corrective cleaning at our discretion.

However, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Our commitment is to make it right through additional service, not through refunds.

4. No-Show and Late Cancellation

If you fail to appear for a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your payment is non-refundable. We reserve the right to require a new payment for any rescheduled appointment following a no-show or late cancellation.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered is a violation of this Refund Policy. If a chargeback is filed, we may contest it and provide evidence of services rendered. Accounts associated with chargebacks may be restricted from future booking.
