By accessing or using the EliteCarWash website (elitecarwashdetails.com) and booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
EliteCarWash provides professional car detailing and cleaning services at our shop location in the Twin Cities metro area. Services include interior cleaning, exterior washing, full detailing, and a monthly cleaning membership. All services are performed at our shop location unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle's condition is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or beyond the scope of our service capabilities. In such cases, we will communicate this to you before any work begins.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments are booked through our online calendar system, which displays real-time availability. Once you confirm an appointment, it is reserved for you. We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in the inability to book future appointments.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for each service is listed on our Services & Pricing page. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific service requests. For the Elite Full Cleaning package, SUVs, minivans, and trucks incur a $40 surcharge.
The Monthly Cleaning Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly at $49.99/month until canceled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. EliteCarWash does not offer refunds for any services rendered or payments made, including membership subscription payments.
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us so we can address your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues and ensuring you receive quality service, but no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

6. SMS / Text Message Consent (A2P)
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive automated and non-automated text messages from EliteCarWash at the phone number provided. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and promotional offers.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data rates may apply.
You are not required to provide SMS consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
7. Vehicle Responsibility
You are responsible for removing personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment. EliteCarWash is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items left in the vehicle. We take every precaution to protect your vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or wear that may become apparent during the cleaning process.
8. Limitation of Liability
EliteCarWash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to These Terms
